A 48-year-old man parked his car in the front row facing the courthouse midday Thursday, pulled down his shorts in front of a Pasco County Sheriff's Office detective and began masturbating, according to a report.
When arrested on a charge of indecent exposure in public, the man — Richard M. Garcia of San Antonio — proclaimed his innocence and said he was just applying hemorrhoid cream to himself, authorities said.
"Upon looking at the bottle the defendant was holding, it was not hemorrhoid cream, but K-Y Warming Jelly," the report states.
Garcia was released later that day from the Pasco County jail on $150 bail.

Keys cops: Teen burglar leaves himself logged into Myspace
MONROE COUNTY — A Florida Keys teen was arrested Sunday evening after a home that was burglarized was found to have a computer logged into the young man's Myspace account, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.The Sheriff's Office says a caretaker for the home on Sugarloaf Key reported the burglary when the caretaker was preparing to remove hurricane shutters from a door and saw someone sitting on the living room couch.Deputies arriving at the home found no one inside, but they did find a back window open, empty soda and food containers, and some marijuana on a coffee table. The deputies also found a bedroom computer turned on and logged into the Myspace account of Robert Rupp, 18, of Big Coppitt Key, the Sheriff's Office said The Sheriff's Office says Rupp was found a short time later walking around the neighborhood, with two screwdrivers in his pockets. Driver tries to avoid arrest by jumping seats in moving vehicle
OKALOOSA ISLAND — A man who tried to avoid arrest by vacating the driver’s seat while his car was still moving was arrested for driving without a valid license.
The incident began around 3:40 p.m. when an Okaloosa County deputy initiated a traffic stop on the 1990 Cadillac sedan near the Coast Guard station on U.S. Highway 98, according to a sheriff’s report.
Before the vehicle pulled over, the deputy observed the driver “jump over the back of the driver’s seat into the rear seat area as the car was still traveling. The front seat passenger slid over to the driver’s seat and stopped the car,” the report stated.
A search of the original driver’s license revealed the 33-year-old’s license had been suspended after he didn’t pay traffic fines. During the course of the stop, the deputy also found four grams of marijuana inside a package of cigarettes.
When questioned, the driver said he had left the driver’s seat to avoid arrest, but said the marijuana was his and that the passenger was unaware of its pres-ence, the report stated.
The man was charged with driving with his license suspended and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.

A Florida woman and her boyfriend have been charged with trying to sell her infant grandson for $30,000.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents arrested 45-year-old Patty Bigbee and 42-year-old Lawrence Works on Friday in Daytona Beach after they met with an agent posing as a buyer. Both were charged with illegal sale or surrender of a child, and Bigbee was also charged with communication fraud.
FDLE agent Wayne Ivey said an investigation began last month after an informant told authorities the woman was trying to sell the baby. Authorities say the woman originally wanted $75,000 but was talked down to $30,000.
The child's mother is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges.
The infant has been turned over to child welfare officials.
Authorities said they didn't know if Bigbee or Works had an attorney.

Speedway H.S. Teacher Accused Of Being Drunk In Class
A teacher at Speedway High School was arrested on a charge of public intoxication at the school Friday morning.
Speedway Public School Superintendant Kenneth Hull told police he had received reports from staff members that Greg Fedroff, 51, was sleeping at his desk during class.
Hull said he smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from Fedroff and he noticed Fedroff to have poor dexterity and slurred speech.
Hull found a Gatorade bottle in Fedroff's classroom which had a strong smell of alcohol.
The officer smelled a strong odor commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage coming from Fedroff. The teacher was administered a portable breath test and his blood alcohol content tested .21%.
Fedroff was placed under arrest and transported to the Speedway Police Department to await transportation to the Arrestee Processing Center.

A Palermo, Italy woman alleges that someone has stolen items from the “house” she owns and maintains on a Facebook game, “Pet Society,” a social pet simulation game where players decorate virtual houses and shop (with real money) for stylish virtual clothes for their virtual pets, describes MSNBC.
“I don’t think it matters that the flat only exists in Facebook, it is real to me and I have suffered a real loss,” said Paola Letizia, the victimized digital homeowner. She claims to have suffered a loss of around $139.
Regardless of the laughable nature of this story and the miniscule scale of Paola’s loss, it’s nonetheless interesting to consider where our possessions, laws, and ultimately everything we value might be headed in the future. Sounds like the beginning of a real-life Inception to me.

'She doesn't have a brain, sir,' says Hollywood Lakes man charged with killing his mother, scattering her organs
On Halloween Eve, Beau Henri Bruneau woke up and decided to kill his mother, he told police.
When the cops found the partially gutted body of Nancy Bruneau face down on the lawn of her upscale Hollywood Lakes home, they also found a cinder block, a knife, and a hammer -- all covered in blood -- nearby.
Human organs -- presumably Nancy Bruneau's liver and brain matter -- were scattered about.
On Monday, Bruneau was at the Broward County jail, charged with the murder.
Bruneau, 29, had a long history of mental illness, violence and threats against himself, his mother and others. Police reports date back to 2001, when he jumped off the Hollywood Bread building, breaking both his legs. He has been Baker-Acted at least 10 times over the years -- including as recently as Sept. 30 after he allegedly threatened to cut his mother's throat.
According to Saturday's arrest affidavit, Bruneau told detectives he decided to kill his 62-year-old mother because he was upset that she was ``trying to kill him by neglecting him and yelling at him.''
At first, he tried to poison her by putting lithium in her drink. But, he said, she caught him and yelled at him.
Then he hatched a second plan that involved interrupting her shower by fondling himself. Finally, he began hitting her lightly on the back.
Nancy Bruneau began to hit back, so her son hit her harder. When Nancy Bruneau then tried to wrestle her son to the ground, he grabbed a hammer from a tool box and slammed into into her skull.
At one point, he said he tried to cut out her heart, just to make sure she was dead, the report said.
Afterward, Bruneau called 911, telling the dispatcher: ``I just tried to kill my mom. I hit her. Then I hit her with a hammer, and then with a brick.''
When the 911 dispatcher asked Bruneau if his mother was conscious, he responded ``No, she doesn't have a brain, sir.''
When police found her body, in front of her home at 1452 Van Buren St., a ``portion of her skull above her nose was completely shattered.''
The Broward County Medical Examiner formalized the ruling of homicide on Monday, declaring Nancy Bruneau's cause of death to be blunt force trauma.
According to the affidavit, neighbors described Bruneau as a loner who strolled the neighborhood talking and singing to himself.
Police reports reflect his family's struggle to care for Bruneau, who suffered from manic depression. On Sept. 30, his sister Amber called 911, telling police her brother had threatened to kill himself and his mother. At the time, she told authorities that Bruneau had not been taking his medications for three months
